Ingredients:
• 8 bread slices (cut in small pieces)
• 1 cup boiled green peas
• Paneer cubes
• 1 onion
• 4 green chillies
• 2 chopped potato
• 2 chopped tomatoes
• ½ tbsp black pepper
• 2 tbsp ghee
• ½ cup cheese (grated)
• Chopped coriander leaves
• Salt to taste
Method:
• Add ghee in a cooking pot along with potato.
• Roast it till it gets soft.
• Add onion, tomato, green chilli and cook tomato till it gets roasted.
• Cook a mixture of salt, crushed bread, green peas, black pepper powder, paneer and half cup water for 3-4 minutes.
• After the water dries, add cheese.
• Garnish with coriander.
