Chocolate Sandesh

INGREDIENTS
2 ltr full cream milk, 5 gm lemon salt, 100 gm chocolate, 10 gm cocoa powder, 25 gm butter, 50 gm sugar

METHOD
• Boil milk at a low temperature
• Add lemon and salt and wait until it becomes curdled.
• Remove from heat, strain, pass through a muslin cloth, place in a tray and refrigerate.
• In a double boiler, add butter, chocolate chunks, sugar, and coco powder. Stir constantly & make a smooth sauce.
• Pour the sauce on top of milk mixture, again refrigerate for another 30 minutes.
• Take out and cut it in sections. Garnish it with tutti frutti.
