INGREDIENTS
150 gm flour, 50 gm maize flour, 5 gm sugar, A pinch of salt, 8 gm yeast, 1 tbsp spring onion, chopped, 1 tbsp fresh corn, chopped, Water, as required
METHOD
• Using the straight dough method, mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and knead the dough.
• Bake it for 12 minutes at 210° C.
• Serve with tomato dip.
