INGREDIENTS
For Base
300 gm flour, 50 gm sugar, 100 gm butter
For Cheese Mix
250 gm cream cheese, 10 gm cornflour, 25 gm cream, 150 gm eggs, 100 gm sugar, 50 gm mango pulp, 50 gm mango chunks
METHOD
• Prepare a base of sweet paste mixture as per recipe and blind-bake it.
• Pour the cheesecake mixture over the base and place mango chunks generously.
• Bake it over a water bath till done.
• Chill and serve.
