Ingredients:
• 8 chapattis (half fried)
• 1 cup grated cheese
For filling
• 1 tbsp red chilli powder
• 1 tbsp jeera powder
• 1 chopped onion
• ¼ cup chopped parsley leaves
• 4 chopped green chillies
• Salt to taste
• Oil to fry
Method:
• Add all topping ingredients in a bowl to form a mixture.
• Apply cheese to one chapatti and spread the mixture.
• Add some grated cheese and cover it with another chapatti.
• Fry it in nonstick tawa with oil until it changes its colour.
• Add butter to paratha and serve hot.
