Ingredients:
6 no. clean prawns, Half onion, Half tomato, 1 tsp artichoke, Half lettuce, 1 tbsp mayonnaise, Half mango, 1 tsp fresh coriander, Sugar, as per taste, 1 tsp garlic, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp soya sauce, Salt, as per taste, Black pepper, as per taste, 2 nos. green chillies
Method:
• Clean and wash the prawns and marinate them with lemon juice and salt.
• Grill the prawns on low flame and keep aside.
• Mix chopped coriander, sugar, garlic, lemon juice, soya sauce reduction salt, crushed black pepper and green chilies.
• Now, add grilled prawns and julienne cut onion and tomato in a mixing bowl with mayonnaise sauce.
• Arrange prawns on lettuce and pour cilantro dressings.
