RAW MANGO CHUNDA

Add a punch to the hot summer months with this perfect blend of sweet and tangy! Summer afternoons cannot get better than this!

INGREDIENTS
400 gm raw mangoes, ½ cup sugar, ½ tsp red chilli powder , ½ tsp roasted cumin powder, ¼ tsp salt

METHOD
• Wash and dry the mangoes. Peel and then grate.
• Heat pan, add shredded mangoes, sugar and salt.
• Stir it well.
• Cook on a low flame till the mixture is thick (approx 8-10 mins), but in a pouring consistency. The mango should have a bite to it as well.
• Add red chilli powder and roasted cumin powder.
• Cool it well.
• Store under refrigeration.
