सामग्री:
- 10 ब्राउन ब्रेड के स्लाइसेस (किनारे कटे हुए)
- 200 ग्राम पनीर (मैश किया हुआ)
- अदरक का 1 टुकड़ा
- थोड़े-से पुदीने के पत्ते और थोड़ा-सा हरा धनिया (तीनों कटे हुए)
- 2 टीस्पून रेड चिली फ्लेक्स
- नमक व कालीमिर्च पाउडर स्वादानुसार
- बटर आवश्यकतानुसार (ब्रशिंग के लिए)

विधि:
- ब्रेड की स्लाइसेस को बेलन से बेलकर पतला कर लें.
- अवन को 180 डिग्री से. पर प्रीहीट करें.
- बाउल में पनीर, पुदीना, अदरक, चिली फ्लेक्स, नमक, कालीमिर्च पाउडर और हरा धनिया मिलाएं.
- ब्रेड की स्लाइस के ऊपर पनीरवाला मिश्रण रखकर रोल करें.
- किनारों को पानी से चिपकाएं.
- इन रोल्स को बेकिंग ट्रे में रखें.
- ब्रश से बटर लगाकर ब्रशिंग करें.
- प्रीहीट अवन में 12-15 मिनट तक बेक करें.
- सुनहरा होने अवन से निकाल लें.
- हरी चटनी या टोमैटो सॉस के साथ गरम-गरम सर्व करें.
