सामग्री:

  • 1 कप चना दाल
  • 2 टीस्पून मूंगदाल
  • आधा कप नारियल और अदरक का 1 टुकड़ा (दोनों कद्दूकस किए हुए)
  • आधा टीस्पून जीरा
  • 2 लौंग
  • दालचीनी का 1 टुकड़ा
  • 5 साबूत लाल मिर्च
  • नमक स्वादानुसार
  • आधा टीस्पून शक्कर
  • आधे नींबू का रस
  • थोड़ा-सा हरा धनिया (कटा हुआ)
  • 3 टीस्पून घी

विधि:

  • कुकर में चना दाल, मूंगदाल, 2 टीस्पून नारियल और आवश्यकतानुसार पानी डालकर 3-4 सीटी आने तक पकाएं.
  • कड़ाही में घी गरम करके जीरा, लौंग, साबूत लाल मिर्च व दालचीनी का छौंक लगाएं.
  • अदरक डालकर सुनहरा होने तक भून लें.
  • पकी हुई दाल, नमक, शक्कर और नींबू का रस डालकर 1-2 मिनट तक पकाएं.
  • बचा हुआ नारियल और हरा धनिया बुरककर सर्व करें.
