INGREDIENTS
60 g rice, 200 g chicken mince, ½ tsp garlic juice, 5 g carrot, finely chopped, 2 tbsp tomato ketchup, a pinch of crushed black pepper, 5 g garlic, finely chopped, 1 egg white
METHOD
• Soak the rice for 20 minutes.
• In a vessel, add the chicken mince, garlic juice, carrot, tomato ketchup black pepper, garlic and egg white.
• Mix well and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
• Remove and divide the mixture into equal-sized balls. Coat the balls with the soaked rice granules.
• Once all the balls are done, put them in the steamer and steam for 12-14 minutes.
• Remove and serve hot with tomato sauce.
