These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the MERI SAHELI Magazine Web Edition, website, mobile applications, digital content, subscription services, and related offerings (“Service”), operated by Pioneer Book Co. Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”, “We”, “Us”).

- User responsible for account activity
- Immediate termination for misuse or fraud
- USER CONTENT & PLATFORM USE

- Users are responsible for content uploaded
- Content must comply with Indian laws
- The Company reserves moderation and takedown rights
- PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
Includes but not limited to:
- Hacking, scraping, data mining
- Malware transmission
- Impersonation
- National security threats
- Unlawful or harmful content
- DATA SECURITY SAFEGUARDS
The Company implements:
- Reasonable security practices
- Access controls
- Encryption and monitoring
- Breach prevention systems
- PERSONAL DATA BREACH
In the event of a personal data breach:
- The Company shall notify:
- The Data Protection Board of India
- Affected Data Principals
- In the manner prescribed under DPDP Rules, 2025

- GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

- ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the User and the Company.
