INGREDIENTS
Tuna, Salmon, Kampachi, Cos romaine, Iceberg lettuce, Rocket leaves, Sesame oil, Lemon juice, Soya sauce, Red bell pepper, Hass avocado, Yellow spoon tomato, Onion, Sashimi
METHOD
• For sashimi salad: Put assorted salad leaves like iceberg lettuce, rocket leaves, cos romaine and assorted fish such as salmon, tuna, kampachi, (dice shape) avocado and tomato in a salad bowl.
• For the sauce: make a combination of soya, lemon, sesame sauce, and ichimi (Japanese chilli).
• Mix it all together with olive oil.
• Garnish with sliced onion and red bell pepper, sprinkle with assorted micro green and ichimi (Japanese chilli) and serve fresh.
