Sashimi Salad

INGREDIENTS
Tuna, Salmon, Kampachi, Cos romaine, Iceberg lettuce, Rocket leaves, Sesame oil, Lemon juice, Soya sauce, Red bell pepper, Hass avocado, Yellow spoon tomato, Onion, Sashimi

METHOD
For sashimi salad: Put assorted salad leaves like iceberg lettuce, rocket leaves, cos romaine and assorted fish such as salmon, tuna, kampachi, (dice shape) avocado and tomato in a salad bowl.
For the sauce: make a combination of soya, lemon, sesame sauce, and ichimi (Japanese chilli).
• Mix it all together with olive oil.
• Garnish with sliced onion and red bell pepper, sprinkle with assorted micro green and ichimi (Japanese chilli) and serve fresh.
