चाय (Tea) के साथ स्नैक्स (Snacks) न हो तो चाय पीने का मज़ा नहीं आता और स्नैक्स भी कुछ ऐसा होना चाहिए कि खाने का स्वाद डबल हो जाए. जी हां हम बात कर रहे हैं मिक्स दाल चिवड़ा (Mix Dal Chiwda) की. इस क्रंची व स्पाइसी स्नैक्स को बनाकर आप सफर में ले जा सकते हैं.
सामग्री:
- आधा-आधा कप चना दाल, मूंग दाल, साबूत मूंग, साबूत मसूर और मटकी
- नमक स्वादानुसार
- 50 ग्राम नमकीन बूंदी
- 150 ग्राम बारीक़ सेव
- 1-1 टीस्पून अमचूर पाउडर और काला नमक
- 3 टेबलस्पून लाल मिर्च पाउडर
- आधा टीस्पून हल्दी पाउडर
- तलने के लिए तेल

विधि:
- सभी दालों को 6-8 घंटे भिगोकर पानी निथारकर गरम तेल में तल लें.
- बची हुई सारी सामग्री मिक्स करके सर्व करें.
