Ingredients
sweet corn, boiled and blended, 100 g, Cheddar cheese, grated, 2 tbsp, paneer, grated, 50 g, cumin powder, 1 tbsp, corn flour, 1 tbsp, cardamom powder, ¼ tsp, garam masala powder, ¼ tsp, green chilies, 4 nos., coriander leaves, chopped, 1 tbsp, salt to taste, mint chutney, for garnish
Method
• Blend all the ingredients to make a thick, coarse mixture.
• Divide it into 8–10 portions and shape them into round tikkis.
• Heat oil in a kadhai and fry the tikkis till golden brown.
• Serve hot with mint chutney.
