Ingredients
corn, boiled, ½ cup, baby corn, cut into pieces, 100 g, rice, boiled, 200 g, tomato, finely chopped, one, onions, finely chopped, one, capsicum, finely chopped, one, biryani masala, 1 tbsp, ginger-garlic paste, 1 tbsp, butter, 4 tbsp, green chillies, finely chopped, 4 nos., salt to taste
Method
• Heat butter in a pan and add the onions and ginger-garlic paste and sauté.
• Add the green chillies and baby corn and sauté again.
• Now, add the tomatoes and capsicum along with one-fourth cup water; wait until the baby corn gets cooked.
• Then, add the cooked rice, salt, biryani masala and boiled corn.
• Let it cook for five minutes on low heat.
• Once cooked, serve hot.
