INGREDIENTS
2 nos. ghewar, small, 100 gm gulab jamun, small, 50 gm berries, 10 gm rose petals, 50 gm pistachios, 50 gm almonds, 5-6 saffron strands, 100 gm rabdi (condensed milk)
METHOD
• Cut the gulab jamuns into halves and mix with rabdi.
• Layer the mixture on the ghewar and sprinkle saffron, nuts and rose petals.
• Refrigerate for 30 minutes, allowing it to set.Garnish with fresh berries and serve cold.
