INGREDIENTS
1 ltr full-cream milk, 100 gm basmati rice, 100 gm sugar, 1 Milkmaid tin, A few drops of rose water, 5 gm edible rose petals, Almond flakes for garnish
METHOD
• In a heavy-bottom pan, boil milk in a very low temperature for 30 minutes.
• Add Milkmaid and sugar, and cook for another 5 minutes.
• Add basmati rice and cook till rice is tender.
• Add rose petal and rose water to it. Remove from heat and let it cool. Garnish using almond flakes.
