This summer indulge in mangoes with a twist. Instead of stirring up the usual mango shake, add a hint of mint for added flavour and coolness.
INGREDIENTS
500 gm fresh mango pulp, 300 gm curd, 5 gm mint leaves, 100 gm sugar, 200 ml milk, 10 gm dry fruits
METHOD
• Peel mangoes and scoop out the pulp.
• In a blender, blend together mango pulp, curd, few mint leaves, sugar and milk.
• Garnish the shake with dry fruits and serve chilled.
