Ingredients
260 gm daliya, 60 gm chopped onion, 30 gm chopped tomato, 40 gm finely cut carrot, 30 gm beans cube, 30 gm finely chopped green, yellow, and red capsicum, 40 gm green peas, 8 gm mustard seed, 5 gm curry leaves, 10 gm chopped ginger, 10 gm chopped green coriander, Salt to taste, 60 gm vegetable oil, 1 green chili, 460 ml water
Method
• Take a pan and heat oil. Add mustard seeds and curry leaves in it.
• Now, add daliya, little at a time and keep stirring constantly to avoid lumps. Continue to cook and stir for a few minutes.
• Now add peas and other vegetables. Mix well. Add about 3 cups water and cook closed until the vegetables turn soft.
• Open, add salt and mix well. Then lower fire to bring to a simmer.
• Remove the lid, garnish the prepared dish with green coriander and serve hot.
