सामग्री:

• आधा-आधा कप सूजी और शक्कर
• 1 टेबलस्पून कोको पाउडर
• 3 टेबलस्पून घी
• आधा टीस्पून इलायची पाउडर
• सवा कप गरम पानी
• 1 टेबलस्पून मिक्स ड्रायफ्रूट्स (कटे हुए)

विधि:

• पैन में घी गरम करके सूजी को धीमी आंच पर ख़ुशबू आने तक भून लें.
• कोको पाउडर, शक् कर और इलायची पाउडर मिलाएं.
• धीरे-धीरे गरम पानी डालते हुए चलाएं.
• धीमी आंच पर हलवे को ढंककर पकाएं.
• हलवे के एकसार होने पर मिक्स ड्रायफ्रूट्स मिलाएं. आंच से उतारकर गरम-गरम सर्व करें.
