Nuts Smoothie

नवरात्रि स्पेशल- बनाना डेट एंड नट स्मूदी (Navratri Special- Banana-Date and Nuts Smoothie)

सामग्री: 1 केला, 30 ग्राम खजूर (बीज निकाले हुए), 20 ग्राम बादाम, आधा कप कंडेंस्ड मिल्क, 2 कप दूध, 1 कप ब़र्फ का चूरा. (Banana-Date-Nuts)

विधि: एक कप दूध में खजूर और बादाम भिगोकर आधे घंटे तक रखें. ब्लेंडर में बचा हुआ दूध, भिगोए हुए बादाम-खजूर और बची हुई सारी सामग्री मिलाकर ब्लेंड करें. ग्लास में डालकर ठंडा-ठंडा सर्व करें.

Ingredients: 1 banana, 30 grams of dates (seeds extracted), 20 grams almonds, half a cup condensed milk, 2 cups milk, 1 cup birch chopped. (Banana-Date-Nuts)

Method: Keep soaked dates and almonds in a cup of milk for half an hour. Blend with remaining milk, soaked almond-dates and all the remaining ingredients in the blender. Serve cold and cool in the glass.
