सामग्री:
- 1 कप तुरई कटी हुई
- 5 साबूत लाल मिर्च
- चुटकीभर हींग
- नमक स्वादानुसार
- 1 टेबलस्पून उड़द दाल
- आधा टीस्पून कालीमिर्च
- 1 टेबलस्पून इमली का पेस्ट
- आधा टीस्पून गुड़
- 1 टीस्पून तेल
- छौंक के लिए उड़द दाल और राई

विधि:
- कड़ाही में तेल गरम करके तुरई, लाल मिर्च, हींग, उड़द दाल और कालीमिर्च डालकर भूनें.
- फिर ठंडा होने पर इमली का पेस्ट, गुड़ और नमक डालकर मिक्सर में पीस लें.
- आधा टीस्पून तेल में उड़द दाल और राई का छौंक लगाकर मिश्रण में डालें.
- इस मसाले को स्टीम्ड राइस में घी के साथ मिलाएं.
- गरम-गरम सर्व करें.
