सामग्रीः

  • 1 कप राजगिरा का आटा
  • 1 कप शक्कर
  • आधा कप देसी घी
  • आधा टीस्पूून इलायची पाउडर
  • 1 कप दूध, थोड़े-से ड्रायफ्रूट्स (बारीक कटे हुए)

विधिः

  • कड़ाही में घी गरम करके राजगिरी के आटे को गुलाबी होने तक भून लें.
  • दूध और थोड़ा पानी डालकर लगातार चलाते रहें.
  • जब गाढ़ा होने लगे तब शक्कर और इलायची पाउडर डालकर 3-4 मिनट तक पकाएं.
  • ड्राय फ्रूट्स से सजाकर सर्व करें.
