डिनर के बाद अगर कुछ स्वीट और हेल्दी खाने का मूड तो स्ट्रॉबेरी जैली कस्टर्ड  बेस्ट ऑप्शन है. दूध, स्ट्रॉबेरी और जैली के कॉम्बिनेशन से बना कस्टर्ड खाने में जितना टेस्टी है, सेहत के लिए उतना ही फ़ायदेमंद भी. इसे आप इंस्टेंट स्वीट के तौर पर पार्टी या त्योहारों के अवसर पर भी बना सकती हैं.

Strawberry Jelly Custard

सामग्री:

  •  आधा लीटर दूध
  • 3 टेबलस्पून स्ट्रॉबेरी फ्लेवर कस्टर्ड पाउडर
  • आधा कप स्ट्रॉबेरी फ्लेवर्ड जैली
  • 1/4 कप मिक्स फ्रूट्स

विधि:

  • आधा कप पानी में कस्टर्ड पाउडर डालकर घोल बना लें.
  • पैन में दूध गरम करके कस्टर्ड का घोल मिलाकर गाढ़ा होने तक पकाएं.
  • आंच से उतारकर ठंडा होने के लिए फ्रिज में रखें.
  • सर्विंग से थोड़ी देर पहले बाउल में कस्टर्ड डालकर ऊपर से जेली रखकर दोबारा फ्रिज में रख दें.
  • सर्व करते समय मिक्स फ्रूट और स्ट्रॉबेरी से गार्निश करके सर्व करें.

नोट:

  • चाहें तो इसमें फ्रेश क्रीम भी मिला सकते हैं.
