सर्दियों में गरम-गरम टिक्की खाने का मूड है, तो हरियाली टिक्की ट्राई कर सकते हैं. पौष्टिकता से भरपूर इस टिक्की में पालक, हरी मटर, आलू और मसालों का चटपटा स्वाद सभी को अच्छा लगेगा. तो फिर क्यों न ट्राई की जाए, ये हरियाली टिक्की (Hariyali Tikki).

सामग्रीः

• 3-4 आलू (उबले व मैश किए हुए)
• 3/4 कप हरी मटर (उबली व मैश की हुई)
• 100 ग्राम पालक (उबला, पानी निचोड़कर काटा हुआ)
• 1 टीस्पून चाट मसाला
• 1-1 टेबलस्पून हरी मिर्च व अदरक,  2 टेबलस्पून हरा धनिया (तीनों कटे हुए)
• तलने के लिए तेल
• 2 टेबलस्पून कॉर्नफ्लोर
• नमक स्वादानुसार

विधिः

• तलने के लिए तेल को छोड़कर बाक़ी की बची हुई सारी सामग्री मिलाकर टिक्की बना लें.
• कड़ाही में तेल गरम करके टिक्की को डीप फ्राई करें.
