Hariyali Gatte

सामग्रीः

  • 1 कप बेसन
  • 3 टीस्पून तेल (मोयन के लिए)
  • आधा-आधा टीस्पून जीरा, हरी मिर्च का पेस्ट, जीरा पाउडर और अमचूर पाउडर
  • 1/4 कप पालक का पेस्ट
  • थोड़ा-सा हरा धनिया और पुदीने के पत्ते (दोनों बारीक़ कटे हुए)
  • नमक, नींबू का रस और चाट मसाला (तीनों स्वादानुसार)
  • 1 टीस्पून तेल

विधिः

  • बेसन में तेल (मोयन वाला), हरी मिर्च, जीरा पाउडर, अमचूर पाउडर, हल्का-सा नमक, हरा धनिया, पुदीना और पालक का पेस्ट मिलाकर नरम गूंध लें.
  • थोड़ी-थोड़ी लोई लेकर रोल कर लें.
  • एक पैन में पानी उबालकर गट्टे के रोल डालें.
  • गट्टे के उबलने पर आंच से उतार लें.
  • ठंडा करके काट लें.
  • कड़ाही में 1 टीस्पून तेल गरम करके जीरे का छौंक लगाएं.
  • कटे हुए गट्टे, हल्का-सा नमक, नींबू का रस, चाट मसाला, हरा धनिया डालकर सर्व करें.
