Burnt Garlic Fried Rice
सामग्री:

  • 4 कप पका हुआ चावल
  • 3 टीस्पून बारीक़ लंबाई में कटे लहसुन
  • 8-10 सूखी लाल मिर्च
  • 2 टीस्पून तेल, 1/4 कप ऑलिव ऑयल
  • 3 टीस्पून मिक्स हर्ब
  • नमक स्वादानुसार

विधि:

  • लहसुन को तेल में तलकर अलग रख दें.
  • बचे हुए तेल में मिक्स हर्ब मिलाकर आंच से उतार लें.
  • पैन में 2 टीस्पून ऑयल गरम करके साबूत लाल मिर्च भून लें.
  • चावल, नमक, तला हुआ लहसुन और तला हुआ मिक्स हर्ब मिलाकर गरम-गरम सर्व करें.
