सामग्रीः
- 1 आलू
- 3 टीस्पून कॉर्नफ्लोर
- नमक और कालीमिर्च पाउडर स्वादानुसार
- चाट मसाला
- तलने के लिए तेल

विधिः
- आलू को छीलकर धो लें.
- पतले-लंबे टुकड़ों में काटकर ठंडे पानी में रखें, ताकि आलू का रंग न बदले.
- एक पैन में पानी और नमक डालकर उबालें.
- आलू के स्लाइसेस डालकर अधपका होने तक उबालें.
- पानी निथारकर कपड़े पर रखकर सुखाएं.
- कॉर्नफ्लोर मिलाकर आधे घंटे तक फ्रिजर में रखें.
- कड़ाही में तेल गरम करके तेज़ आंच पर फ्राइज़ को तल लें.
- आंच से उतारकर ठंडा होने दें.
- सर्व करने से पहले दोबारा गोल्डन ब्राउन होने तक तलें.
- कालीमिर्च पाउडर और चाट मसाला डालकर सर्व करें.
