सामग्री:

• 2 कप चावल (पका हुआ)
• 2 कप कटहल (टुकड़ों में काटकर तला हुआ)
• 1 तेजपत्ता
• 3 लौंग
• 1 टुकड़ा दालचीनी
• 1/4 टीस्पून जावित्री
• 3 हरी मिर्च (कटी हुई)
• आधा-आधा टीस्पून जीरा और अदरक का पेस्ट
• 1 टीस्पून नींबू का रस
• थोड़ा-सा हरा धनिया (कटा हुआ)
• नमक स्वादानुसार
• 4 टीस्पून तेल

विधि:

• पैन में तेल गरम करके तेजपत्ता, लौंग, दालचीनी, जावित्री और जीरा का छौंक लगाएं.
• अदरक, कटहल, नमक, चावल और बची हुई सारी सामग्री मिलाकर 5 मिनट तक भून लें.
• नींबू का रस और हरे धनिया से सजाकर सर्व करें.
