जब भी कुछ टेस्टी खाने का मन हो तो साउथ इंडियन रेसिपी मिक्स दाल वड़ा बनाएं. ये रेसिपी हेल्दी भी है और टेस्टी भी, तो जरूर ट्राई करें ये ईजी ब्रेकफास्ट रेसिपी.
सामग्री:
- 1कप चना दाल (भिगोई हुई)
- आधा कप कटा हुआ प्याज़
- आधा-आधा टीस्पून हींग पाउडर और अदरक का पेस्ट
- 2 टीस्पून लाल मिर्च पाउडर
- 1/4 टीस्पून हल्दी पाउडर
- थोड़ा सा हरा धनिया
- थोड़े-से करीपत्ते
- नमक स्वादानुसार
- तलने के लिये तेल
विधि:
- दाल का पानी निथारकर मिक्सर में बिना पानी मिलाए दरदरा पीस लें.
- तलने के लिए तेल को छोड़कर बची हुई सारी सामग्री मिलाकर मीडियम साइज़ के वड़े बनाएं.
- कड़ाही में तेल गरम करके वड़ों को धीमी आंच पर सुनहरा होने तक तल लें.
- नारियल चटनी के साथ सर्व करें.
