अगर आप अपनी दिनभर की थकान को मिनटों में भगाना चाहते हैं तो स्पार्कलिंग कुकुंबर लाइमेड ट्राई करें. इंस्टेंट बनने वाला यह ड्रिंक हेल्दी होने के साथ पीने में भी अच्छा लगता है. कुकुंबर, मिंट और नींबू के फ्लेवर वाला यह ड्रिंक पीने के बाद आप तरोताज़ा महसूस करेंगे.
सामग्री:
- 1 ककड़ी (स्लाइस में कटी हुई)
- 1-1 कप शक्कर, नींबू का रस और पानी
- 1 टीस्पून लेमन जेस्ट
- 1/4 कप पुदीने के पत्ते
- 2 कप सोडा वॉटर
विधि:
- पैन में शक्कर, पानी और लेमन जेस्ट डालकर धीमी आंच पर उबाल लें.
- लगातार चलाते हुए शक्कर के पिघलने तक पकाएं. आंच से उतार लें.
- पुदीने के पत्ते डालकर 30 मिनट तक ढंककर रखें. इस मिंट-शुगर सिरप को ब्लेंडर में डालकर स्मूद पेस्ट बनाएं. छलनी से छान लें.
- जार में मिंट-शुगर सिरप, ककड़ी के स्लाइस और नींबू का रस मिलाएं.
- फ्रिज में 1 घंटे तक ठंडा करने के लिए रखें.
- सर्व करने से पहले ग्लास में आधा कुकुंबर लाइमेड और सोडा वॉटर डालें और ठंडा-ठंडा सर्व करें.
