किड्स पार्टी के लिए फास्ट फूड बनाना चाहते हैं, तो यह सोया बर्गर ट्राई करें. यह बर्गर टेस्टी होने के साथ-साथ पौष्टिकता से भरपूर है. तो हम यहां पर बता रहे हैं सोया बर्गर बनाने की आसान विधि:
सामग्री:
- 2 कप सोयाबीन उबला और मैश किया हुआ
- 4 कलियां लहसुन की, 2 प्याज़, 1 शिमला मिर्च, 1 गाजर (चारों बारीक़ कटे हुए)
- 1 कप फ्रेश ब्रेड का चूरा
- 4 बर्गर बन्स
- मेयोनीज और टोमैटो सॉस स्वादानुसार
- लेट्यूस लीव्स
- थोड़े-से टमाटर और प्याज़ के स्लाइस
- 2 टेबलस्पून तेल
- नमक और कालीमिर्च पाउडर स्वादानुसार

विधि:
- पैन में तेल गरम करके लहसुन और प्याज़ को सुनहरा होने तक भूनें.
- शिमला मिर्च, गाजर, कालीमिर्च पाउडर और नमक मिलाकर सब्ज़ियों के नरम होने तक भूनें.
- आंच से उतारकर ठंडा करें.
- मैश किया हुआ सोयाबीन और ब्रेड का चूरा मिक्स करके बड़े साइज़ की पेटिस बनाएं.
- इन पेटिस पर हल्का-सा तेल लगाएं.
- बेकिंग ट्रे में फॉयल रखकर पेटिस को प्रीहीट अवन में 25-30 मिनट तक बेक करें.
- बर्गर बन्स को बीच में से काटकर उसके एक भाग पर मेयोनीज़ और टोमेटो सॉस लगाएं.
- पेटिस रखकर प्याज़-टमाटर के स्लाइस और लेट्यूस लीव्स रखें.
- ऊपर से दूसरा भाग रखकर सर्व करेें.
