Sprouted Idli, स्प्राउटेड इडली
सामग्रीः

  • 1 कप साबूत मूंग भिगोई हुई
  • आधा कप दही
  • 1 टेबलस्पून बेसन
  • 2 टेबलस्पून सूजी
  • 1/4 टीस्पून बेकिंग सोडा
  • नमक स्वादानुसार
  • 1/4 टेबलस्पून तेल

विधिः

  • भिगोई हुई मूंग में दही मिलाकर पीस लें.
  • सूजी और बेसन मिलाकर घोल को 6-7 घंटे तक रखें.
  • बाकी बची हुई सारी सामग्री मिलाएं.
  • इडली के मोल्ड में तेल लगाकर घोल को डालकर स्टीम करें.
  • गरम-गरम इडली को नारियल चटनी और सांबर के साथ सर्व करें.
