टेस्टी व पॉप्युलर चाट खाने का मूड है, तो अब आपको मार्केट जाने की ज़रूरत नहीं. क्योंकि हम आपको यहां पर बता रहे है उत्तर भारत की मोस्ट पॉप्युलर दही-आलू टिक्की (Dahi-Aloo Tikki) बनाने की आसान विधि. इस स्वीट एंड सॉर फ्लेवर को आप फेस्टिवल या पार्टी के लिए भी ट्राई कर सकती हैं.
सामग्रीः
- 5 आलू (उबले हुए)
- आधा कप मूंग (भिगोई व उबली हुई)
- 2 टेबलस्पून हरी धनिया और 2 हरी मिर्च (बारीक कटे हुए)
- 1-1 टीस्पून चाट मसाला और काला नमक
- 1 कप फेंटा हुआ दही
- 2 टेबलस्पून इमली-खजूर की मीठी चटनी
- आधा-आधा टीस्पून हरी चटनी, जीरा पाउडर और लाल मिर्च पाउडर
- नमक स्वादानुसार

विधिः
- उबले हुए आलू और नमक मिलाकर अलग रख दें.
- एक बाउल में उबली हुई मूंग, हरी धनिया, हरी मिर्च, नमक व चाट मसाला मिलाकर छोटे-छोटे बॉल्स बना लें.
- आलू के मिश्रण को हथेली पर फैलाकर मूंग दाल बॉल्स रखकर टिक्की बना लें.
- तवे पर तेल गरम करके टिक्की को सुनहरा होने तक तल लें.
- प्लेट में टिक्की रखकर ऊपर-से फेंटा हुआ दही, इमली और हरी चटनी डालें.
- लाल मिर्च पाउडर, जीरा पाउडर, चाट मसाला और काला नमक बुरककर सर्व करें.
