बच्चों को आलू बहुत पसंद होता है. वैसे तो आपने बच्चों को आलू के चिप्स, आलू के परांठे, आलू की सालग-अलग तरह की सब्ज़ियां बहुत खिलाई होगी, पर इस बार कुछ नया ट्राई करें और उनके लिए बनाएं पोटैटो मफिन्स. जी हां, इस आलू का ये डिफरेंट स्टाइल बच्चों को जरूर पसंद आएगा.

सामग्री:

• 3 कप उबले व मैश किए हुए आलू
• 60-60 ग्राम मैदा और बटर
• 1/4 कप दूध
• 1 टीस्पून विनेगर
• 1 कप चीज़ (कद्दूकस किया हुआ)
• 1 टीस्पून बेकिंग सोडा
• आधा-आधा टीस्पून जायफल पाउडर और कालीमिर्च पाउडर
• 2 अंडे का घोल

विधि:

• अवन को 180 डिग्री से. पर प्रीहीट करें.
• चीज़ को छोड़कर सारी सामग्री को बाउल में अच्छी तरह मिक्स करें.
• आइस्क्रीम स्कूप से मिक्स्चर को चिकनाई लगे मफिंन कप में डालें.
• ऊपर से कद्दूकस किया हुआ चीज़ बुरकें.
• प्रीहीट अवन में 180 डिग्री से. पर 20-22 मिनट तक बेक करें.
