सामग्री:

  • 1 कप मेथी (बारीक़ कटी हुई)
  • 1/4-1/4 कप गेहूं का आटा और बेसन
  • 4 टेबलस्पून सूजी
  • 2 टेबलस्पून तेल (मोयन के लिए)
  • 1-1 टीस्पून लाल मिर्च पाउडर और धनिया-जीरा पाउडर
  • 1/4 टीस्पून हल्दी पाउडर
  • 2-2 टीस्पून गरम मसाला पाउडर और स़फेद तिल
  • नमक स्वादानुसार
  • पानी आवश्यकतानुसार
  • डेढ़ टीस्पून शक्कर
  • तलने के लिए तेल

विधि:

  • सारी सामग्री (तलने के लिए तेल छोड़कर) को मिलाकर कड़क आटा गूंध लें.
  • छोटे-छोटे रोल बनाकर गरम तेल में सुनहरा होने तक तल लें.
  • इमली-खजूर की मीठी चटनी के साथ सर्व करें.
