सामग्री:
- 12 टमाटर (मध्यम आकार के)
- 2 टेबलस्पून बटर
- 3 कप हरी मटर (उबली हुई)
- 1 कप हरी प्याज़ (बारीक़ कटी हुई)
- थोड़ी-सी हरी प्याज़ सजावट के लिए
- 1 टीस्पून जीरा
- 1 टुकड़ा अदरक का और 3-4 हरी मिर्च (दोनों बारीक़ कटे हुए)
- 4-5 टेबलस्पून तेल
- नमक स्वादानुसार

विधि:
फिलिंग के लिए:
- एक पैन में बटर पिघलाकर हरी मटर और हरी प्याज़ डालकर 5 मिनट तक भून लें.
- 5 मिनट बाद टमाटर को छोड़कर सभी सामग्री को मिक्स कर लें.
- 5 मिनट बाद आंच से उतारकर ठंडा करें.
- टमाटर का ऊपरी हिस्सा काटकर स्कूप से खोखला कर लें.
- फिलिंग वाला मिश्रण भरें.
- बेकिंग डिश में रखकर माइक्रोवेव में बेक करें.
- चाहें तो कड़ाही में तेल गरम करके स्टफ्ड टोमैटोज़ को धीमी आंच पर पकाएं.
