मसाला पेस्ट के लिएः
- 1 टेबलस्पून अनारदाना
- 1 टेबलस्पून साबूत धनिया
- 1 टीस्पून जीरा
- 1 टुकड़ा दालचीनी
- 4 कालीमिर्च
अन्य सामग्रीः
- 1 प्याज़
- 1 टीस्पून लहसुन का पेस्ट
- 1 टीस्पून लाल मिर्च पाउडर
- 1 टीस्पून तंदूरी मसाला
- 1/4 कप दही
- 1 टेबलस्पून शक्कर
- चुटकीभर ऑरेंज-रेड फूड कलर
- 1 टीस्पून कॉर्नफ्लोर
विधिः
- पैन में तेल गरम करके मिक्स वेजीटेबल्स को फ्राई कर लें.
- पैन में मसाला पेस्ट बनाने की सामग्री को भून लें.
- मसाला पेस्ट की भुनी हुई सामग्री में अन्य सामग्री मिलाकर पीस लें.
- पैन में बटर पिघलाकर मसाला पेस्ट डालकर भूनें.
- 1 मिनट बाद टमाटर की प्यूरी मिलाकर पकाएं.
- क्रीम और नमक मिलाएं.
- तले हुए वेजीटेबल्स डालकर अच्छी तरह मिक्स करें.
- क्रीम व हरा धनिया से सजाकर सर्व करेें.
- नान या रूमाली रोटी के साथ गरम-गरम सर्व करें.
