Ingredients
sweet corn, boiled, 250 g, onion paste, ¼ cup, ginger-garlic paste, 1 tbsp, asafoetida, 1 pinch, cardamom powder, 1 pinch, turmeric powder, 1 pinch, cinnamon stick, one-inch, cloves, 4 nos., big cardamom, one, bay leaves, 2 nos., black pepper, 1 tsp, garam masala powder, 1 tsp, beaten curd, ½ cup, oil, 2 tbsp, salt to taste, fresh cream, 2 tbsp, for garnish, coriander leaves, chopped, for garnish
Method
• Fry the sweet corn in a pan; set aside.
• In the same oil, sauté the onion and ginger-garlic paste.
• Add the remaining ingredients (except curd and sweet corn) and sauté for five minutes.
• Then, add the corn and curd and cook it for some time to let it thicken.
• Garnish with fresh cream and chopped coriander and serve hot with rice or roti.
