100 g dark chocolate, 400 ml heavy cream, 100 g white chocolate, 100 ml whipped cream, 15 g gelatine, white chocolate flakes, a few, chocolate wave sticks, a few
METHOD
• Prepare the dark chocolate ganache by boiling 200 ml of heavy cream and adding the dark chocolate. Mix well till the chocolate gets dissolved. Allow it to cool.
• Prepare the white chocolate ganache by boiling the remaining heavy cream and adding the white chocolate. Again mix well till all the chocolate gets dissolved and allow it to cool.
• Now divide the whipped cream into two equal portions.
• Pack in the dark chocolate ganache in one portion and the white chocolate ganache in the other.
• Add gelatine to each of the creamy portions.
• In a glass, pipe in the white chocolate mousse; then pipe in the dark chocolate mousse on top of the white mousse.
• Garnish with dark and white chocolate flakes and chocolate wave sticks.
• Refrigerate for 30 minutes and serve chilled.
