Yoghurt Muesli

Ingredients
230 gm muesli, 90 ml yoghurt, 50 ml milk, 40 gm apple red (grated), 70 gm apple green (grated), 40 gm banana cubes, 30 gm honey, 20 ml cream, 15 gm walnut, 30 gm kiwi, 4 gm orange zest

Method
• Take a bowl and combine cubed apple, banana cubes, orange juice, kiwi, including all the ingredients in a bowl. Set aside for 20 minutes or until the fruits have thawed.
• Put 2 tbsp muesli into each of the cups—capacity glasses. Top each with 2 tbsp yoghurt and 2 tbsp fruit mixture.
• Repeat with remaining muesli, yoghurt and fruit mixture.
• Garnish with walnuts and serve.
