INGREDIENTS
20 ounces water, 1 cup green tea brewed from bags (steep 1 green tea bag in hot water for 5 minutes), 8 fresh spearmint leaves, ½ cup arils (seed/juice sacs) from pomegranates, raw

METHOD
• Combine water and green tea in a pitcher.
• Crush pomegranate arils (seeds) and add mint sprigs to pitcher of tea/water.
• Infuse overnight.
• Enjoy infused water as part of your daily caloric budget in 10-ounce portions.
