mix Veg Paratha
green peas, 20 g, French beans, chopped, 10 g, cauliflower, grated, 10 g, carrot, grated, 5 g, green chillies, chopped, 1 g, breadcrumbs, for binding, coriander leaves, chopped, 1 g, ginger-garlic paste, 2 g, salt, to taste, butter, 5 g

Aloo Paratha
potatoes, boiled, one, onion, 5 g, coriander leaves, chopped, 2 g, green chillies, chopped, 1 g, turmeric powder, 1 pinch, cumin seeds, 1 g, chaat masala, 1 pinch, · butter, 5 g

For the dough
wheat flour, 700 g, water, 300 ml, salt, to taste, oil, 10 ml
Method
• Prepare the stuffing for all the different types of parathas by mixing them individually.
• Mix all the ingredients for the dough and knead well.
• Divide the dough into 30 g portion. Roll out each portion and stuff it with your choice of filling and roll it again.
• Cook the parathas on a tava, using oil to shallow fry them.
• Serve the different types of parathas in a parathas basket.
