Ingredients:
• 1 kg fish
• 200 g garlic
• 200 g ginger
• Salt, as per taste
• 2 tsp light soya
• Drops of broth
• Drops of Schezwan sauce
Method:
- Use basa or sole fish fillet skin less.
- Marinate fish with ginger and garlic extract with soya sauce and broth in a tray.
- Put the tray in the steamer for 10 minutes.
- Serve hot with Schezwan sauce
