Summer Corn And Tomato Pasta Sauce

Ingredients:
2-3 nos. garlic, 2 tbsp olive oil, 4-5 nos. black/green olives, 6-7 nos. cherry tomato, 6-7 nos. fresh basil leaves, Salt, as per taste, Black crush pepper, as per taste, 1 strip each capsicum (red/yellow/green), 5 ml tabasco sauce

Method:
• Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente and drain. Keep aside.
• Boil American corn with little sugar and salt and keep aside.
• Cut olives and tomato in half and keep it aside.
• Cut capsicum in juliennes cut.
• Add boiled pasta, corn olives, cherry tomato and hand crushed garlic,oilve oil, fresh basil, salt, crushed pepper and tabasco sauce into a mixing bowl.
• Now, mix well and relish with garlic bread.
