आलू-गुलकंद का हलवा: स्वीट बाइट (Aloo-Gulkand Ka Halwa: Sweet Bite)

आलू (Aloo) सभी को बेहद पसंद होता है. आलू को विभिन्न फ्लेवर में ट्राई किया होगा, लेकिन क्या कभी आलू का हलवा ट्राई किया है. आलू के साथ यदि गुलकंद मिलाकर बनाया जाए, तो इसका टेस्ट डबल हो जाएगा. इस हलवे को आप त्योहारों के अवसर पर भी बना सकते हैं. तो ज़रूर ट्राई करें ये आलू और गुलकंद का हलवा (Aloo-Gulkand Ka Halwa).

Aloo-Gulkand Ka Halwa
सामग्री:

  • 3-4 आलू (उबले व मैश किए हुए)
  • डेढ़ टेबलस्पून घी
  • आधा कप शक्कर
  • 150 ग्राम खोआ
  • 3/4 कप दूध
  • आधा टेबलस्पून गुलकंद
  • 2 टेबलस्पून गुलाबजल
  • 1/4 टीस्पून इलायची पाउडर
  • थोड़े-से बादाम-पिस्ता (कटे हुए)
  • थोड़ी-सी गुलाब की पंखुड़ियां (गार्निशिंग के लिए)

विधि:

  • कड़ाही में घी गरम करके कद्दूकस किए आलू को धीमी आंच पर सुनहरा होने तक भून लें.
  • शक्कर मिलाकर उसके अच्छी तरह घुलने तक पकाएं.
  • मैश किया खोआ डालकर 2 मिनट तक पकाएं. दूध डालकर धीमी आंच पर 2-3 मिनट तक पकाएं.
  • हलवे के एकसार होने पर गुलाबजल, इलायची पाउडर, बादाम-पिस्ता डालकर अच्छी तरह मिक्स करें.
  • आंच से उतारकर गुलाब की पंखुड़ियों से गार्निश करके सर्व करें.
