Tiffin Recipe- Cabbage Rice Pancake

बच्चों के लिए टिफिन के लिए कुछ नया और हेल्दी ट्राई करना चाहते हैं, तो बेस्ट ऑप्शन है.

सामग्री:

– 1 कप गेहूं का आटा

– आधा कप पका हुआ चावल

– 100 ग्राम पत्तागोभी (कद्दूकस की हुई)

– आधा कप हरा धनिया (बारीक़ कटा हुआ)

– 1 कप दही

– आधा टीस्पून अदरक-हरी मिर्च का पेस्ट

– 2 टीस्पून लाल मिर्च पाउडर

– 1 टेबलस्पून तेल

– चुटकीभर हल्दी पाउडर

– नमक स्वादानुसार

– सेंकने के लिए घी.

विधि:

– सारी सामग्री को मिलाकर गाढ़ा घोल तैयार कर लें.

– नॉनस्टिक पैन में घी लगाकर 1 टेबलस्पून घोल डालें

– दोनों तरफ़ से क्रिस्पी होने तक सेंक लें.

– हरी चटनी और टोमैटो सॉस के साथ गरम-गरम सर्व करें.
