राइस पानकी: गुजराती स्नैक्स (Rice Paanki: Gujarati Snacks)

Rice Paanki, Gujarati Snacks
सामग्री:

  • 250 ग्राम चावल का आटा
  • छाछ आवश्यकतानुसार
  • नमक स्वादानुसार
  • 1-1 टेबलस्पून अदरक-हरी मिर्च का पेस्ट और हरा धनिया (बारीक़ कटा हुआ)
  • सेंकने के लिए तेल

विधि:

  • चावल के आटे में छाछ मिलाकर गाढ़ा घोल बना लें.
  • इस घोल को 5-6 घंटे तक रखें. नमक, अदरक-हरी मिर्च का पेस्ट और हरा धनिया डालकर अच्छी तरह मिक्स कर लें.
  • नॉनस्टिक तवे पर थोड़ा-सा तेल लगाकर घोल डालें.
  • दोनों तरफ़ से क्रिस्पी होने तक सेंक लें.
  • हरी चटनी या इमली की खट्टी-मीठी चटनी के साथ सर्व करें.
