सामग्री:

बॉल्स बनाने के लिए:

– 1 कप लेफ्टओवर खिचड़ी

– 2 कप सूजी (मोटी)/ओट्स (दरदरा पिसा हुआ)/गेहूं का आटा (मोटा दरदरा पिसा हुआ)

– आधा टीस्पून फ्रूट सॉल्ट

– 3 टीस्पून दही

– 1 टीस्पून हल्दी पाउडर

– 1 टीस्पून लाल मिर्च पाउडर

– 2 टेबलस्पून गुड़ (कद्दूकस किया हुआ)

– शक्कर स्वादानुसार

– नमक स्वादानुसार

– 2 टेबलस्पून तेल.

अन्य सामग्री:

– 1 टेबलस्पून नींबू का रस

विधि:

– बॉल्स बनाने की सारी सामग्री को मिलाकर मीडियम साइज़ की बॉल्स बना लें.

– चिकनाई लगे स्टीमर में रखकर 15-20 मिनट तक भाप में पकाएं.

– स्टीमर से निकालकर खिचड़ी बॉल्स पर नींबू का रस छिड़के.

— हरी चटनी और टोमैटो केचअप के साथ सर्व करें.
